Founder, Director & Principal Designer

A dynamic entrepreneur got hooked to the design field in 2004. Completed her design course from BNCA, Pune University.

Before launching Alacritys, Trupti took up experiences from reputed design firms from Bangalore & Pune. Trupti served as a project manager & designer in those firms.

Till to date, she has taken different scaled projects & completed them in efficient ways. Under her guidance, Alacritys gained a reputation as a reliable designer.

An able leader, her timely management has given the team the confidence to take on projects & complete them to clients’ satisfaction.

Sushil Sarda

Chief of Sales and Growth

Sushil is helping Alacritys in sales and formulating a growth strategy. He is an IIM graduate with 20 years of experience working with MNCs in global roles. Sushil focuses on identifying leads and prospective clients and helps convert them into clients for Alacritys.

Shalaka

Shalaka Dixit

Principal Environmental Architect & Planner

Focusing on sustainability, she believes: sustainable development is peace policy of the future!

One who is passionate and determinant to work on related issues in such a way as to run with globalization. She is graduated from BNCA, Pune in 2015.

She got an extra certification honour in GRIHA CP and IGBC AP. ECBC, Carbon footprint, NBC & LEED to execute residential architecture & commercial architecture projects.

Shruti Balchandra

Principal Landscape Designer

Shruti believes, ‘Art and creativity make our world a nice place to live in!’

Her goal is, to enhance the natural beauty of a space & provide environmental benefits according to client’s requirements. She has been creating and developing many landscape projects for the last 12 years.

She has published research papers on importance of Indian plant species. According to her the true value of landscape design lies beyond aesthetic improvements.

Principal Graphic Designer

Passionate about design and history, Pooja believe​s: ‘Success is not accidental, it’s Designed!’

Graduated from Symbiosis Institute of Design in 2015. ​She has been majorly working in environmental graphics and print. She has worked in design fields like Interiors, Product, UI/UX, and Fashion Design

Before starting anything ​she ​takes​ time and cares to understand the core objectives of the business & tries to understand the design that helps clients to achieve what he/she desires.

Fatema Sakriwala

Principal Structural Consultant

It’s all about the art in structural engineering to have an economical, functional and constructional suitable structural system.

Fatema has more than 7 years of experience in the industry.She has worked with Indian as well as international codes.

Fatema is a Qualified as a Structural Design Engineer. She brings value to clients in the field of structural design for industrial, high rise structures, educational, residential and commercial projects.

Priya MIshra

Priya Mishra

Principal Electrical Consultant

A self-disciplined & talented person. She has done her bachelor’s in Electrical Infrastructure designing & detailing. Certification in green buildings and quality evaluations from SCE, Odessa.

Her love for the work made her to handle all kinds of projects in the industry.

Priya has sound knowledge of NBC, ECBC, IGBC, GRIHA, etc. She handles some of MEP projects under co-ordination with all consultants.
