Trupti is a dynamic entrepreneur who discovered her passion for design in 2004 during her formal education at BNCA, Pune University. Before founding Alacritys, she honed her skills and gained rich experience with reputed design firms in Bangalore and Pune, excelling in roles as both a designer and project manager.
Over the years, she has successfully led projects of varying scales, always delivering them with precision, creativity, and a sharp eye for detail. Under her visionary leadership, Alacritys has grown into a name synonymous with reliability and design excellence.
In addition to overseeing design and execution, she also spearheads the companyâs digital strategy, crafting impactful content and driving engaging social media initiatives. Her unique ability to blend aesthetic sensibility with strategic thinking continues to set Alacritys apart in the interior design and architecture industry.
Shalaka Dixit
Principal Environmental Architect & Planner
Focusing on sustainability, she believes: sustainable development is peace policy of the future!
One who is passionate and determinant to work on related issues in such a way as to run with globalization. She is graduated from BNCA, Pune in 2015.
She got an extra certification honour in GRIHA CP and IGBC AP. ECBC, Carbon footprint, NBC & LEED to execute residential architecture & commercial architecture projects.

Her goal is, to enhance the natural beauty of a space & provide environmental benefits according to clientâs requirements. She has been creating and developing many landscape projects for the last 12 years.
She has published research papers on importance of Indian plant species. According to her the true value of landscape design lies beyond aesthetic improvements.

Graduated from Symbiosis Institute of Design in 2015. âShe has been majorly working in environmental graphics and print. She has worked in design fields like Interiors, Product, UI/UX, and Fashion Design.

A self-disciplined & talented person. She has done her bachelorâs in Electrical Infrastructure designing & detailing. Certification in green buildings and quality evaluations from SCE, Odessa.
