How does Alacritys manage design and execution across cities?
We follow a centralized design + decentralized execution model:
- Design, layout planning, 3D renders, and budgeting are handled by our core team

Can I work on more than one city project?
Yes, if your role allows. Designers and marketers often collaborate on projects across multiple cities, while execution teams are city-specific.
Is training or mentorship provided?
Yes. We offer onboarding, regular design critiques, cross-city knowledge sharing, and EMI offer understanding workshops — to keep you learning and growing.
I referred a candidate. How will I get my referral reward?
