Welcome to “Agile Home” – a 1600 sq. ft. 3BHK flat interior project in Kharadi, Pune, reimagined to reflect a perfect harmony between mindful living and modern functionality. Interior Design Highlights:

• Yoga + Puja Room (Servant Room Conversion): The original servant room was thoughtfully converted into a yoga room for the client’s wife, a dedicated yoga practitioner. This serene space includes a feature wall with a meditative Buddha, soft flooring, and a separate Puja zone where up to four people can comfortably sit or stand to worship. This blend of mindfulness and spirituality makes the room the soul of the home.

• Entrance Lobby: A compact yet practical entry foyer featuring a shoe cabinet with seating — a space-efficient design that merges comfort with necessity, offering a neat welcome area for everyday use.

• Living + Dining Area: The open-plan living and dining area s brought to life with carefully designed wall enhancements:

  • Living Room: A feature wall behind the seating area adorned with elegant golden inlay wall panelling creates a bold yet tasteful statement.

  • Dining Area: This section includes floating storage units both at the top and bottom of the wall, with a dedicated hand washbasin niche, offering both utility and aesthetics.

• Guest Room: Smartly designed for dual use, the guest bedroom features a single-cum-double bed at the window niche, along with a dedicated study table setup — making it suitable for both relaxation and productivity.

• Master Bedroom (Couple’s Room): This primary suite reflects a subtle foreign touch, inspired by the couple’s extended stay in Malaysia. Elegant textures, clean-lined furniture, and subtle lighting work together to create an upscale, contemporary retreat.

• Parents’ Master Bedroom: Designed with a warm, comforting tone, this room is both functional and inviting. Spacious and well-lit, it ensures day-to-day comfort while maintaining design continuity with the rest of the home.

• Bathrooms: All three attached bathrooms underwent a complete renovation — including tiling, plumbing, civil modifications, and finishing work — to ensure modern convenience and international standards of hygiene and beauty.

• Kitchen: The parallel kitchen layout was retained but enhanced with space optimization for latest kitchen appliance integrations, keeping the kitchen modular, functional, and future-ready.
